Vegan Strawberry Banana Smoothie/ Ice Cream

This is my version of Mc Donald's Strawberry Banana Smoothie.
I was just getting creative as possible.

1 Frozen Banana (just put a regular banana in the freezer and peel it before placing blender)
1 cup of frozen  Un sweeten Strawberries
1 1/2 cups of Almond Milk

Combine all ingredients into a blender.
To make Ice scream freeze till it hardens.

Day 2 Breakfast- Grits w/ Veggies Egg Whites w/ Veggies and Veggie Sausage

Grits
Warm a pot of water w/ sea salt and two drops of evoo
Add desired amount of grits. (Stir  frequently to keep smooth)
Chop onions and green peppers and add to grits

Egg Whites
I used a carton of organic egg whites. Season them w/ sea salt and lemon pepper. I chopped onions and green peppers and added to the whites. Placed in a microwave for 4 minutes.

Sausage
I use veggie meat substitute for my sausage. Placed it on the grill and browned.

Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1 cup almond flour or oat flour
1 cup  almond butter, or peanut butter (I used both)
1/2 cup applesauce
1/3 cup Date Honey 
1/2 cup raisins
2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon cinnamon 

1/2 cup of  minced apples, honey and cinnamon mixture

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix oats, almond flour, cashew butter, applesauce, and Date Honey in a large bowl until well combined. Add raisins, walnuts, and cinnamon. Stir well. Drop by spoonfuls, two inches apart, on an 11 by 17-inch baking sheet. Flatten and shape into circles. Bake 10-12 minutes.

Yield: 18-20 servings (serving size: 1 cookie)

Recipe Notes 

  • Make your own oat flour by placing old-fashioned rolled oats in a food processor or blender and process until fine (1 cup old-fashioned oats will yield about 3/4 cup ground oats).
  • Increase applesauce to 1 cup if you don't use Date Honey.

Apple Berry Mint Smoothie

In a Blender place

1 Granny Smith Apple Chopped in four Quarters w/ out seeds
1 Bag of Raspberries 
1 Carton of Blackberries
1 Carton of Strawberry Soy Yogurt
1 tbsp  of Fresh Mint Leaves 
2  tbsp of Lime Juices 
1/2 of  Lemon Squeezed and Gutted w/o seeds
1/4 cup of Honey (optional)

Blend to the Consistency you like.

 Vegan Spaghetti

Boil  Whole Wheat Spaghetti to its done
Season w/ Oregano, Basil, Itailian Seasoning, Chili powder, and Cummin. tspn of each

In a saute pan warm up  EVOO
Add:
2 chopped yellow squash
2 chopped  zucchini
1 bushel of  chopped asparugus
2 chopped onions
1 tsp of miniced garlic
1 tsp of shallots
1 chopped green pepper
1  handful of fresh spinach
tbsp oregano
tbsp basil
tbsp sea salt
tbsp lemon pepper

Use an organic (all natural) Spaghetti Sauce

Sweet and Savory Chicken Salad


1 Handful of Spinach
4 Large Diced Strawberries
1 handful of raisins
1 handful of walnuts
1 boiled chicken breast (Omit Chicken for Daniel Fast)
1/4 cup of diced red onions
1/2 cup of Raspberry Vinaigrette / Balsamic Vinaigrette or both mixed.
